Terms and Conditions of Use for Blue Light Card Holders & JCB Employees

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the 10% discount (“Discount”) offered by Denstone Hall Our Farm Shop to eligible holders of a valid Blue Light Card as well as JCB Employees.

(“Cardholders”). By using the Discount, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the Discount.

2. Eligibility

2.1. The Discount is available exclusively to individuals who hold a valid Blue Light Card issued by Blue Light Card Ltd or JCB Employee Photo ID card.

2.2. Cardholders must present a valid Blue Light Card or JCB Employee Photo ID card at the time of purchase to claim the Discount.

2.3. The Discount is non-transferable and may only be used by the Cardholder whose name appears on the Blue Light Card or JCB Employee Photo ID card.

3. Discount Details

3.1. The Discount entitles eligible Cardholders to 10% off the total value of their purchase at Denstone Hall Our Farm Shop

3.2. The Discount is applicable to all full-priced items.

3.3. The Discount is not applicable to:

– Sale or discounted items

– Gift cards or vouchers

– Bread & milk, logs & sticks, Cook ready meals and other items that aren’t discounted on a regular basis.

– Food and drink ordered from our café

4. Redemption

4.1. The Discount can be redeemed in-store at Denstone Hall Our Farm Shop.

4.2. Cardholders must present their Blue Light Card or JCB Employee Photo ID card in-store.

4.3. The Discount cannot be combined with any other offers, promotions, or discounts unless expressly stated otherwise.

5. Restrictions

5.1. The Discount is valid only for personal use and may not be used for commercial purposes or resale.

5.2. Denstone Hall Our Farm Shop reserves the right to refuse or revoke the Discount if misuse, fraud, or abuse is suspected.

6. Changes to the Discount

6.1. Denstone Hall Our Farm Shop reserves the right to modify or withdraw the Discount at any time without prior notice.

7. Liability

7.1. Denstone Hall Our Farm Shop is not responsible for any errors or omissions relating to the Blue Light Card or its use.

7.2. Denstone Hall Our Farm Shop is not affiliated with Blue Light Card Ltd or JCB and does not guarantee the availability or continued operation of the Blue Light Card program OR JCB Employee Discount Initiative.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom and any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
